Bio:
Ashis Mohapatra has a harmonious blend of experience of experience as a Civil Servant and as an international consultant . He has worked for over 20 years in Government of India in Border Roads Organization, Ministry of Defence and taken voluntary retirement as Director -HR & Administration. Post retirement he has been working as a consultant on Governance & Public Administration Reforms. He has work experience in 20 + countries in 27 international projects. He has worked in major donor funded projects including World Bank, ADB, UNDP, GEF, AfDB, USAID, EU, GIZ, DFID, NZAID DFAT, TMEA etc. Ashis Mohapatra is on active roster for External Ethics Advisor to the Ethics Committee of the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank, Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire and senior investigation consultant ( roster ) in Consortium of Agriculture Research Centres (CGIAR) , France.
